Hi, I'm Andrew Nettleman, Managing Partner at The Nettleman Law Firm, PLLC
Andrew Nettleman, our Managing Attorney, practices primarily in the areas of criminal and Traffic Defense, Unemployment Appeals and Consumer Debt Defense. Andrew grew up in Wilmington, NC, graduated in three years from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science before attending Elon University School of Law. While at Elon Law, Andrew was a clinical student with Legal Aid of North Carolina and worked in the areas of consumer and housing law, particularly in mortgage foreclosure defense. Andrew also founded Elon Law’s chapter of The Innocence Project, a nationwide organization dedicated to the review of criminal convictions in search of actual innocence. Andrew practices in all NC state courts and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Andrew is a member of The New Hanover County Bar Association, The North Carolina Bar Association, The American Bar Association, North Carolina Advocates for Justice and The National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys In his free time, Andrew is currently serving as the President of The Optimist Club of the Port City. Andrew and his wife Summer are active members of Lifepoint Church and the proud parents of Toby, Jake and Parker, three wonderful dogs.
